I had a mixed experience at Hotel Coronado. while the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the facilities left a lot to be desired. The room was underwhelming and had several issues that detracted from my stay.

My double room had several problems. the bathroom lacked hooks and the toilet seat was broken. The showers were lukewarm in the morning, and there were mosquitoes and moths creeping in. I felt insecure since the windows didn’t lock, and the beds were small and uncomfortable.
